Episode 6: Revenge

After returning from the Mirror Universe the USS Cairo finds themselves near SB 400, even though they have returned to their own time the place they emerged was in the Lower Alpha/Beta Quadrants. They dock at SB 400 for repairs, resupply, crew and possible R&R after their last ordeal. While docked at SB 400, Colonel M’risa gets a communication from Starfleet Command. M’risa learns that the USS North-star another Defiant-class Starship that carried her mate and children was destroyed by unknown pirate ship while enroute to Cait.

Starfleet has started a full investigation and orders that Colonel M’risa and the USS Cairo stay out of the investigation. M’risa defies Starfleet Orders and proceeds where the last known coordinates of the USS North-star was before being destroyed. They are cloaked so that way they can be out of range of another Starfleet ship doing the investigation. Will they find the pirate ship responsible for the destruction of the North-star and the death of her mate and children? Will she seek revenge on them? Will she be court marshaled for defying direct orders from Starfleet? This will put stresses on her and her crew with the up coming mission.

What I have planed for this mission?

Well when they arrive back from the Mirror Universe they don’t return to the Delta Quadrant as they appear right next to SB 400. They dock for supplies, repairs, crew transfers, and R&R. Well in that time M’risa will get a incoming transmission from Starfleet Command about the death of her mate and children. Even though she has been told not to get involved in the mission she defies these orders and does anyways. This could mean the end of her career as we know it.

I plan on her getting court marshaled at the end of this mission for what she did, this will put more mission ideas down. Possibly a new Commanding Officer? Will she be stripped of Command? Who knows cause there are so many possibilities. Could the crew face court martial? That will be up to you on what you want to do.

Will the crew go along with this? Of her Taking revenge of her mate and children’s death? Will they help her without question? Well this is going to be full of character development which is good.

What are your thoughts? Ideas? Plans you see for this mission with your characters? What species would the Pirate ship be? The actual location of this pirate ship? Please tell me your ideas so we can make this a huge mission. Will the crew get assigned elsewhere after this mission?

These two missions in itself will take the longest to do and I plan on re-setting the time line so its more up to date so were setting ourselves to be in beginning of May so that way it will work out with everything else. So this mission we are at the end of April and the beginning of the next mission will be the beginning of May.

Who knows cause there are so many possibilities.

wow that is like great. I like the idea of having some of the crew play the people on the Pirate ship. We will go more into that as this discussion progresses. I want to hear everyone's ideas on this, and the part where Voyager started out as is actually probably a good place it would take the Cairo maybe a good while until they reach it. maybe 15 days at high warp? would make for good character development while traveling. I know this mission will take a very long time possibly 3-4 months maybe longer depending.

it is a good idea, lots of time for character development ^_^

Episode 6: Revenge

What is going to happen, basically is that Colonel M'risa will defy Starfleet Orders, gets a new cloaking device to replace the one that they lost in the previous mission. Leonidas will do some intell work and find out where the last known location of the USS North-Star. Which will be right inside the Delta Quadrant. It will be a 15 day journey from SB 400 to the location. This will be good character development in between. Once we reach the Delta Quadrant by means of the transwarp gate that has been put into place.

They will cloak, find out where the pirate ship is. Try to stop them, but they won't go willingly so we will be forced to destroy them after a heated battle. This doesn't end here, things will only get worse for them as they face 3 more pirate ships. They get out but barely, the Cairo is badly damaged when it arrives back at Spacedock.

This mission will take up to 3 to 4 months to complete because I want this to be full of character development. It will be split up into 3 parts.

Part One: R&R at SB 400, repairs and resupply after their last mission. THis will go on for 5 IC days. As the Cairo will have more damage to it then what was expected and will take a while for repairs to get done. This will give everyone a chance to spend sometime to interact with each other, relaxation, etc. M'risa will also get the Communique from Starfleet Command but won't be able to do anything until the repairs are done. She will be the only one who isn't having fun on this R&R she will be thinking of things, plotting to revenge her family etc.

Part Two: This is when they will get together for a staff meeting, the repairs to the Cairo have finished. M'risa will inform them of what has happened and what Starfleet has ordered. She will also tell them that she plans on defying Starfleet's direct order and seek revenge on the people who killed her family. She will also find out who is staying and helping her or who isn't, she hopes that they all will stay. She will also, inform them that they could face Court marshal if they go through with it. She then hands out assignments to the crew that are staying, and a heavy one for the Chief Intelligence Officer which will be put to the test. They leave Spacedock and head for the Delta Quadrant once they find out the last known location of the USS North-Star. This will take 15 IC days at high warp. Also want good character development.

Part Three: This is where they reach the Delta Quadrant and cloak, they work hard to try to locate the pirate ship, they find it and get into battle with it. Once they thought things couldn't get any worse...they have. Three more pirate ships come after the Cairo. The Cairo manages to destroy them but at the price. The Cairo is badly damaged and hops back to Spacedock. What could happen next? could they face court marshal? well that will be in Episode 7: The Court Marshal...

That is what I have planned for This Episode, I want everyone to do character development in this Mission.

Episode 7: The Court Marshal

They arrive back at Spacedock which is actually in the Delta Quadrant, Starbase 215. Well when they arrive, they are all arrested for defying Starfleet Orders, and a bunch of other charges. Colonel M'risa and the crew face court marshal. While they face that the USS Cairo is being repaired after being badly damaged from the previous mission. Could the Cairo get a new CO and Crew? will M'risa and her crew get charged or will the charges be dropped? It's hard telling, but anything could happen.
